Regulation (GDPR).

What personal data we collect

Website. When you fill out the contact form on our website, email us or call us, we collect the details

you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your

message. When you visit the website, we automatically collect technical data such as IP address,

browser type, device information, date and time of access, and pages visited, for security and

operational purposes.

Games. When you play our games, we may receive:

• your platform account identifier (such as your PlayStation Network ID, Nintendo Account identifier,

or Steam ID) and public display name, as provided by the platform;

• technical and device data, crash and error reports, and performance data needed to run and

improve the games;

• gameplay data such as progress, achievements, saves and statistics, which may be stored locally

on your device or through the platform's services (for example for cloud saves, achievements or

leaderboards).

We collect only the data needed to operate the Services. We do not ask for and do not knowingly collect

any special categories of personal data.

When we collect information

We collect information when you visit our website, submit the contact form, contact us by email, phone

or messenger, install or play our games, make a purchase through a platform store, or enter into a

business relationship with us.

How we use your information

We use the personal data we collect to:• operate our games, save your progress and enable platform features such as achievements and

leaderboards;

• fix bugs, analyse crashes and improve the stability and quality of our games;

• respond to your inquiries, support requests and requests for quotes;

• provide, manage and improve our IT services and solutions;

• perform contracts with our clients and partners;

• comply with legal and regulatory obligations under Swiss law;

• protect our Services against fraud and abuse.

We rely on the following legal bases: your consent, the performance of a contract (or pre-contractual

steps taken at your request), compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating,

improving and securing our Services. We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making

or profiling.

Purchases and payments

Purchases of our games and in-game content made through platform storefronts (such as PlayStation

Store, Nintendo eShop, or Steam) are processed by the respective platform operators through their own

payment systems, under their own terms and privacy policies. Where we accept payments directly (for

example for our services or purchases made through our website), all card transactions are handled by

an external PCI-compliant payment gateway. In all cases, we never receive or store your full payment

card details; we only receive the information necessary to confirm the transaction and issue invoices

(such as the transaction reference, amount and billing details).

Platform operators

When you play our games, the platform operator (Sony, Nintendo, Valve or other storefronts) processes

your personal data as an independent data controller under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to

review the privacy policy of the platform you use.

Cookies

Our website uses only technically necessary cookies required for its proper functioning; we do not use

cookies for tracking purposes. You can configure your browser to warn you each time a cookie is set or

to block cookies entirely; note that some features of the website may not function properly if cookies are

disabled. Our games do not use cookies.

Advertising and behavioral tracking

We do not display third-party advertising in our games and do not allow third-party behavioral tracking

across our Services. Our website honors Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals: we do not track visitors

or plant tracking cookies when a DNT mechanism is in place.

Third-party disclosure

We do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise transfer your personal data to outside parties for their marketing

purposes.

We may share personal data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our Services

(such as hosting, email and crash-reporting providers), provided they are bound by confidentiality anddata protection obligations. We may also disclose personal data where required by law, court order, or

competent authorities.

International data transfers

Your personal data is primarily processed in Switzerland. Platform operators may process your data in

other countries under their own policies. If we transfer personal data to a country that does not provide

an adequate level of data protection, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual

clauses, are in place.

How we protect your information

Our website is served over an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS). We apply appropriate technical and

organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or

alteration, and we restrict access to personal data to persons who need it to perform their duties.

Data breach notification

Should a data breach occur that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify

affected users by email without undue delay and, where required, notify the competent supervisory

authorities within the statutory deadlines.

Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by

Swiss statutory retention obligations (in particular the 10-year retention period for business records).

Inquiry data that does not lead to a business relationship is deleted within a reasonable period. Please

note that uninstalling a game from your device does not by itself delete data we may lawfully continue to

process; you can request erasure as described below.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law (FADP and, where applicable, GDPR), you have the following rights

concerning your personal data:

• Right of access — to request information about the personal data we hold about you and to

receive a copy of it.

• Right to rectification — to request the correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data.

• Right to erasure — to request that we delete some or all of your personal data, unless we have a

legal basis or obligation to retain it.

• Right to restriction of processing — to ask us to restrict further processing in the circumstances

provided by law (for example, while the accuracy of the data is being verified, or where you

oppose erasure of unlawfully processed data).

• Right to data portability — to receive personal data you have provided to us in a structured,

commonly used and machine-readable format, and to have it transmitted to another controller

where technically feasible.

• Right to object — to object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests, including

for direct marketing purposes.

• Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on your consent, to withdraw it at any

time with effect for the future.• Right to lodge a complaint — with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information

Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you are located in the EU/EEA, with the supervisory authority of your

habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

You may exercise these rights by contacting us at team@ownitsolutions.ch. We may ask you to verify

your identity before processing your request. Please note that data held by platform operators (such as

your platform account) must be managed through the respective platform.

Children's privacy

We comply with the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the applicable

age-of-consent provisions of the GDPR and FADP. We do not knowingly collect personal information

from children under the age of 13, and we do not specifically market our games or services to children

under 13. Age ratings for our games are provided by the relevant rating systems (such as PEGI and

ESRB) on each platform. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at

team@ownitsolutions.ch and we will delete it.

Email communications

We collect your email address in order to send information, respond to inquiries and other requests or

questions. If we send commercial emails, we will not use false or misleading subjects or sender

addresses, we will identify advertising as such, include our physical business address, and honor

opt-out requests promptly. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link at the bottom of each

email or by writing to team@ownitsolutions.ch, and we will promptly remove you from all marketing

correspondence.

Third-party links

Our website may contain links to external websites (for example, platform storefronts or our Telegram

channel). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third-party websites and

recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our games, or

legal requirements. The current version published on this page applies. We encourage you to review

this page periodically.
